About Alena

Hi! I am Alena Sharma. My first name is pronounced as “Alyona” or “Aleona”.

From a young age, I was interested in the supernatural and science fiction. Later in life, while working as an architect, I eagerly learned everything spiritual and metaphysical.

Throughout the years, I was part of a spiritual school, took many self-empowerment and metaphysical classes, and studied different modalities of energy healing. I became certified in Reiki and Therapeutic Arts. Later I learned that trusting your own heart and being in the flow is the best way to be.  

Having a strong sense that I am here for a reason, I also searched for my life’s purpose. Through my visions and inner knowing, I understood that, among other things, I am here to help humanity to go to the next level of evolution, known as ascension, as many of us are. To help people to discover their true selves and a great power within, to ignite their Light. Many of us feel that way and contribute to this major shift that we all are going through. That is why so many search to understand or refine their purpose, mission in life.

I have been creating meditative drawings, expressing received information and visions. For a while, I led a meditation group, performed energy healing and one on one sessions.

Finding Dolores Cannon’s information and studying her QHHT method was exhilarating. It showed me another, effective way of healing and connecting to one’s Higher Self. I finished two levels of QHHT and Soul Speak course by Julia Cannon.

A QHHT session is truly a transformative experience. It would be my pleasure to help you to connect with your Higher Self, to receive answers to your burning questions and to get healing, to be on the way to become all that you are.
