How to Prepare for It and What to Do After.

  • Your QHHT Session

    You are about to embark on a journey that could be your most transformative experience. A QHHT session is done always in person and last about 4.5 to 6 hours but could run a little longer.

    It consists of two major parts. In the first part I will get to know you. We will discuss the main reason(s) you came, talk about your questions and physical discomforts you might have, if any.

    The second part is a hypnosis, where lying down, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation to connect to your Higher Self/ Super Consciousness/ Over Soul. That Greater part of you - your Higher Self (HS) will be leading you through this whole experience during the session. The hypnosis portion where we speak to your HS will be audio recorded and emailed to you after the session.

    In fact, your HS would be the one who nudges you to have a QHHT session in the first place. The HS desires to be heard, consciously connected with you, and to help you in the best way possible. After all it is you.

  • How to Prepare for Your Session

    From the time you book a QHHT session, the experience begins. Your intentions are important. What are your true desires? Also, notice any thoughts, feelings, “unusual” occurrences coming up leading to the session.

    You should prepare a list of questions you want to ask your HS. They could be about anything – relationship, family, career, health, specific circumstances, your life’s purpose, etc. Or they could be curiosity questions, such as why you chose this life, connection with God, ascension, etc. Anything can be answered by your HS/ Super Consciousness, if you are ready to receive them. To write your questions, just sit in a place, where you won’t be disturbed, quite your mind and go within. If you have any body discomforts/ health issues, please list them separately.

    When done writing all your questions, please group them by related subjects for a final draft. It will make the process more efficient during the session later.

    Right before your QHHT session, have a light meal, as it can go quite long. You might bring a light, small snack to have in the middle, if you so desire. Please wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to be more relaxed.

  • Expectations & How Hypnosis is Experienced

    Whatever you will experience during the session is completely up to your HS and your expectations. It will be “orchestrated” by your greater self a specific way for your highest good. Whatever is the most needed and appropriate for you at this time. Therefore, it is best to have no expectations, but rather to have an open mind and heart allowing what is best for you to come through.

    A lot has changed since Dolores Cannon developed this technique. We, as humanity, stepped forward in our understanding of ourselves and the world around. Our consciousness has been shifting, which seems to be accelerating lately. Therefore, many clients now are being aware during the QHHT sessions, because they are aware of that greater part of themselves during the waking part of their lives. And that is OK, it is more than OK. It is great!

    We are going towards consciously encompassing the All that we are and accessing any information we desire instantly.  QHHT helps to open that connection with that part of ourselves and/or strengthen it, bringing clarity and healing.

    All you need to do during the session is to relax, trust yourself and your HS. Say the first thing that comes to your mind and talk, talk, talk. It is easy. You will have an amazing experience. Completely unique and yours.

  • What to Do After the Session

    When the session is over, it is up to you how you act on the information received, your acceptance of healing and your beliefs. What are you going to do with the precious gift you received connecting with your HS ? You create your own reality, and it is absolutely up to you what to do/ to be next or rather at this now moment.

    It is recommended to listen to your session’s recording often to process the information received and allow to get more insights and healing. Also, it will serve you as a reminder on how it feels to connect with your HS. We are always in communication/ communion with it, however it is mostly gone unnoticed. By knowing how it feels, it will allow you to connect with it more consciously.
